Meet Angela
Angela Pointer, MS, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse–turned healthcare talent acquisition leader and solopreneur. With nearly 30 years in nursing and 20 years in healthcare recruitment, she is the President and Founder of AP Solutions, LLC, providing fractional TA leadership and executive search services. She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and DISC Trainer.
Angela has held TA leadership roles across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, ambulatory care, and both nonprofit and PE-backed organizations. She holds a Master’s in Psychology (Organizational Psychology) from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Clemson University, and a DEI certification from Cornell.
She serves as President-Elect of the National Association for Healthcare Recruitment and is active in the American Nurses Association, Virginia Nurses Association, Black Nurse Collaborative, and the Northern Virginia Healthcare Workforce Collaborative. A frequent speaker, podcast host, and award-winning leader, Angela has a passion for intentional leadership, innovation, and growth and is dedicated to transforming healthcare recruitment and empowering leaders to achieve lasting impact.
