Meet Angela
Angela Pointer, MS, BSN, RN, is an accomplished healthcare talent acquisition strategist with over 28 years of experience as a registered nurse, including 18+ years in healthcare recruitment. She is the President and Founder of AP Solutions, LLC, providing advisory and consulting services in talent acquisition leadership. She has held talent acquisition leadership various settings including acute care academic medical systems, regional integration delivery networks, ambulatory settings (home health, hospice, urgent care), non-profit, for-profit, and PE-backed organizations.
Angela holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology (specialization Organizational Psychology) from Walden University and a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Clemson University, along with DEI certification from Cornell University.
Angela is an active member of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (since 2010 and will be President-Elect beginning July 2025), American Nurses Association, Virginia Nurses Association, and the Black Nurse Collaborative.
